I became a financial advisor because I wanted to help people better understand their finances and the importance of financial planning. Many people feel stressed when it comes to money, and my goal is to ease that stress and provide a sense of relief. What I love most about my job is the opportunity to make a real impact every day. It’s incredibly rewarding to help families find answers to questions they’ve been struggling with for months or even years. The sense of accomplishment I feel when I can ease someone’s worries is unmatched. Each client has a unique story, and I’m excited to be a part of their journey toward financial security.

I grew up in Pittsburgh, PA, but now call Denver, CO home and love being close to the mountains. I’ve had the privilege of working with major firms like Vanguard and Fidelity, which has allowed me to interact with thousands of families and understand what truly impacts them. These experiences have also given me the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry, and I bring that knowledge with me every day. I graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Social Science, along with minors in History and Psychology. These fields of study have been incredibly valuable in my work with clients, as I use all three daily to better understand their needs and guide them toward success.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

  • I love spending time with friends and family
  • I enjoy riding my bike and hiking
  • I’m also a huge movie fan and have been a lifelong admirer of The Lord of the Rings

I absolutely love sharing my knowledge and seeing the “aha” moments when things start to click for them. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness my clients feeling more confident and secure about their financial future. I’m all about providing that personalized support and guidance to make sure they’re on the right track.

  • I was born on Guam. I have been on top and looked down into an active volcano. I have jumped out of a perfectly good airplane 10,000 feet up.
  • I first acquired my Merchant Marine Master Captains license at age 24. With a love for the water (the salty stuff) and anything outdoors, you can usually find my wife Debbie and I out on the water or traveling to see new places.

I became a Certified Financial Planner™ professional because I grew up in a large family that struggled with finances and making smart financial decisions. I wanted to change that. So I gained a background in comprehensive financial planning and tax-efficient retirement strategies. I specialize in helping individuals and families evaluate opportunities to reduce lifetime taxes, including Roth conversion strategies and retirement income planning. I love helping clients simplify complex financial decisions and build clear, actionable plans that give them confidence in their long-term financial future.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and am a Certified Financial Planner™ professional. I have spent more than a decade working in the financial services industry, helping individuals and families develop comprehensive financial plans focused on retirement planning, tax strategy, and long-term wealth management. Over the course of my career, I have worked in both planning and advisory roles, including serving as a Senior Financial Planner at Domain Money. I now work with Q3 Advisors where I focus on helping clients evaluate tax-efficient strategies such as Roth conversions and retirement income planning.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our five kids. Much of my free time is spent at youth sports events, coaching, or supporting their activities. I’m also an avid sports fan and a passionate supporter of Liverpool Football Club. When I have the chance, I enjoy playing golf and spending time outdoors with my family.

  1. I’m a die-hard Liverpool Football Club fan and willingly wake up at unreasonable hours to watch matches.
  2. With five kids at home, I’ve become highly skilled at attending youth sports games and surviving organized chaos.
  3. I enjoy playing golf and remain optimistic that one day my score will match my enthusiasm.

Along with my experience I also am a CFP and have worked with both large and boutique firms.

The main reason why I choose to be a financial advisor is my passion for helping people and interacting with them. A person’s financial decisions will significantly influence their family’s entire future, and I’d like to take the responsibility of helping them. Learning about people, their experiences, and their families is very fulfilling and then applying my expertise to help people exceed their goals is extremely rewarding.

15 Years professional finance experience

I’m a Certified Financial Planner™ with over 15 years of experience helping individuals, families, and business owners create clarity and confidence in their financial lives. I earned my Bachelor’s in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University. From early in my career, I made a deliberate choice never to be forced to sell financial products for commissions. My philosophy is simple: the financial plan should drive the strategy, not the other way around. Over the years, I’ve advised clients at firms including, JPMorgan Chase & Co., where I served as a Complex Wealth Planning Advisor, Creative Planning as a Financial Planner, and TIAA, where I worked closely with professionals in higher education, government, and non-profit organizations. I’ve also partnered with independent firms, specializing in retirement income design and tax-efficient wealth strategies for clients preparing for or navigating retirement. What keeps me passionate about this work is the individuality of each client story. Every family, every plan, every goal is different—and solving those unique puzzles is what I love most. I’m meticulous by nature (some might say a total financial nerd), because I believe the details are where lasting value is found. When I’m not deep in a spreadsheet or strategy session, life revolves around my family. My wife, Lauren, and I have been married for over 13 years and are raising three young kids—Hudson, Remi, and Addison—in Boca Raton, Florida. Most weekends you’ll find me on a baseball or soccer field, proudly living vicariously through their latest adventures. There’s rarely a quiet moment at the Rigler house, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

  • I am a total nerd and because of the timing of my kids over the years, I could change a diaper on a cat if you asked me.
  • Married to my wife, Lauren, of 12 years and we have three kids under the age of 7, Hudson, Remi, and Addison. We live in sunny south Florida in Boca Raton. I spends most of my free time selfishly trying his best to live vicariously through his kids out on the baseball and soccer fields. Hardly a dull moment at the Rigler household.

I became a financial advisor, rather than an accountant, because I learned that I enjoyed helping people to navigate the broad complexities of their financial lives. I waited tables for about a decade, which educated me on the art of connecting with people quickly. This has translated well, from a personability standpoint, when endearing myself to new clients. Throughout my career thus far, I have most enjoyed the engagements with clients where I am able to, in a short amount of time, positively impact their financial lives in a significant way.

I have 12 years of experience in the financial services industry, starting out as a licensed banker and then moving on to the investment side the industry. I have experience working with employer-sponsored plans as well, which involved large, in-plan Roth conversion strategies that may be relevant to the Rothologist position. While I have a BBA and MBA in personal financial planning and finance, respectively, I feel that the CFP designation I have earned and my work experience are, together, the most valuable intangible assets I possess.

I love to throw the football with my sons and step-sons in addition to attending their various sporting events. My father was a chef by trade and thus I grew up in the kitchen learning cooking techniques. As a result, I have a passion for cooking, and for smoking meats. I love to take my wife out to dinner as well and am working on taking her to some country music shows. My wife is originally from Zimbabwe, which makes for fun conversation. Lastly, I try to lift weights and hit the treadmill about five times per week so that I can hope to keep up with the kids for another year or so.

I’ve been interested in finance from an early age. Growing up in Beaverton, Oregon, I opened my first investment account at 12 and spent years attending the local Nike shareholder meetings—often as the youngest voting investor in the room. That early exposure shaped how I think about ownership, discipline, and long-term decision-making.

While completing my Master’s in Financial Planning & Analytics, I initially expected to pursue a traditional analyst path. Instead, I discovered that I found greater fulfillment working directly with individuals and families—helping them reduce tax burden, evaluate complex investment strategies, and make confident, well-informed decisions.

I enjoy helping clients bring clarity and intention to increasingly complex financial lives.

I earned my degree in Economics from Brigham Young University and spent 10+ years in financial software as a Director of Implementation and Training working directly with C-level executives to apply and develop tools that support board financial decision-making at scale.

Later completed Utah Valley University’s inaugural Master’s of Financial Planning & Analytics program while working full-time, finishing the program in 15 months.

Since then I’ve worked with clients to help harmonize tax strategy, investment management, and long-term planning across different stages of wealth and responsibility.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our children—whether that’s swimming, visiting local museums, or traveling the sights together.

In 2022, my wife and I participated in a humanitarian trip to Kenya, an experience that reshaped how I think about stewardship, service, and long-term impact.

I also enjoy staying curious, spending time outdoors, and finding meaningful ways to harmonize work, family life, and service.

As a junior in high school, my racquetball team won the USA National Racquetball Championship.

I read a church youth magazine my senior year of high school and was intrigued with a girl’s photo and the answer she gave for a Q&A. She’s now my wife and we recently celebrated our 21st anniversary and are raising five children.

I recently went with my brother to Spain for the first time, just to attend a concert.

Over the course of my career, I have worked at several high-growth firms and industry leaders, including Vanguard, and have advised a wide range of clients, from those building wealth to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families with complex planning needs.

My career has primarily focused on retirement planning and comprehensive financial planning, with deep experience in tax strategy, Roth conversions, and long-term wealth planning. What I value most about my work is connecting with people, providing objective advice free from conflicts of interest, and empowering clients with clear data and thoughtful analysis so they can make confident, well-informed financial decisions.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

  • Spending time with my family, enjoying everyday moments together.
  • I love to cook for big groups, especially my friends and family.

Why I became a financial advisor / what I love about my job and clients:

I became a financial advisor because I’m passionate about simplifying the complexities of wealth management. For many, the financial landscape is difficult to navigate, and I thrive on identifying and implementing the strategies that bridge the gap between where a client is and where they want to be. By handling the ‘heavy lifting’ of financial planning, I aim to relieve my clients’ stress, giving them the freedom to focus on what truly matters: their families, their careers, and their next big goals.

Experience, Education, and History:

A 2016 Finance graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, I spent nearly a decade at Northwestern Mutual before joining the team at Q3 Advisors. My career has been defined by a commitment to working as a fiduciary first with holistic retirement planning, ranging from personal asset management for families to designing qualified retirement plans for businesses of all sizes. In 2020, I earned the CFP® Certification, a milestone that solidified my ability to provide the high-level, strategy-first advice my clients expect and deserve.

  3. We have a dog named Parker that is a mix of Poodle and Great Pyrenees

I became a financial planner because I wanted to combine something that I am passionate about with the ability to have a positive impact on another person’s life, and realized the best place to do this was in the financial planning field given my passion for financial literacy. To me, the best part about my job would be the ending impact I have on my clients, as I have always enjoyed helping bring success into the lives of those around me.

I graduated from Purdue University with a major in Financial Counseling & Planning. Immediately after college, I spent some time in the broker dealer space assisting clients with account servicing requests at Charles Schwab, then Fidelity. After 3 years, I made my way to a local firm where I was able to hone my planning skills by supporting two different advisors as an analyst before taking on an opportunity with Fisher Investments as an investment counselor. Now, I am happy to take a holistic approach to financial planning with Q3 by serving as a financial planner.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

  • During the summer, you will most likely find me spending time somewhere on a golf course or out on a lake fishing
  • In the winter, I try my best to attend as many Chicago Blackhawks games as possible
  • I view myself as a home chef, and tend to try at least 3 new recipes per month to possibly integrate something new into what I can make.

I became a financial advisor because I’m passionate about financial education and seeing how a holistic financial plan can make a real and lasting impact on the lives of individuals and families. I graduated with a degree in Finance from Western Kentucky University where I began working with students doing peer to peer financial counseling. After graduation, I have worked with hundreds of individuals and families in both the retirement planning and personal financial planning spaces.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Ricky Hasan

Client Experience Director
Been in sales 25+ years, launched sales consultancy 2.5 years ago around our Patented process

After 6 years as a top-performing Senior Account Executive, I realized the consistent results achieved weren’t by chance, they came from a repeatable process I refined to convert more leads into clients without the stress or pressure that often comes with sales. That realization sparked a deeper mission for me: To help others experience the same clarity and confidence through a structured approach when it comes to presenting an offer. As the creative mind behind Pipeline Conversions, I’ve dedicated my work to redefining how sales professionals connect with prospects. By replacing outdated, aggressive tactics with a modern process built on understanding and alignment. What I love the most about what I do is seeing those who chosen sales as a career clearly articulate their value, increase conversions, and ultimately expand their impact in an unintrusive way. Watching clients experience excitement, gratitude, and measurable success through something I created is a privilege I never take for granted.

With over 25 years on the front lines of sales, I have dedicated my career to mastering the art of conversions through structure, clarity, and strategy. As the found of Hasan Consulting, LLC and creator behind the brand Pipeline Conversions, our Patented innovations help simplify complex ideas, boost confidence, and close with consistency. I am a lifelong entrepreneur and former Golden Gloves boxer, who applies the same discipline and mindset I teach to, believing that success in business and life follows two guiding principles: “If you want more, you must become more” and You can’t control what you don’t take responsibility for”

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Outside of work, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my son…volunteering as his basketball coach and staying present through every milestone. I love reading and listening to audio books, going on walks or drives to think strategically, and exploring new restaurants. A lifelong learning who is attemping to learn how to play the piano, while looking forward to star gazing at night, fued by a childhood fascination with space and what lies beyond. Family time remains an important part of my life, as does my commitment to helping the next generation recognize opportunity when it presents itself.

Outside of work, I’m a lifelong musician and performer. I play guitar, bass, and drums, and currently perform with tribute bands including The Strawberry Fields Band (a Beatles tribute) and Seven Bridges Road (a tribute to the Eagles). I’m also a singer, songwriter, and music producer, and I enjoy the creative process both on stage and in the studio.

When I’m not making music, I love spending time with my family and following sports. Whether it’s performing, creating, or just being with the people closest to me, I value experiences that bring energy, connection, and balance to my life.

I was a performer in the opening ceremonies of the 2002 Winter Olympics.

In the late 2000s, I served a mission for the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Palm Desert, where I taught and baptized Jodi Arias, who later became widely known due to her high-profile trial.

I got into financial planning to help people make better decisions for their lives and their families. I started back when the earth was still cooling—and honestly, I had no idea what was ahead.

Fortunately, I built my career outside the big institutions by staying independent from the start. Over the years, I’ve learned a lot—mostly from clients. Some planned well. Others didn’t.

What became clear was simple: the difference wasn’t luck, it was strategy. So I made it my mission to take the principles that worked for those who got it right—and teach them to everyone else.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

  • Outside of my love for ‘Miss America’, my second love is riding adventure style motorcycles and mountain bikes.
  • I play a little golf, learning tennis and pickleball.
  • I also spend fall and winter designing big and building custom furniture – as a novice, of course.
  • We have a brilliant Australian shepherd, Bristol, enjoy riding side by side vehicles with Pam, and a pretty fair whistler (picked it up from my dad).

Director of Enterprise Partnerships
25 Years professional finance experience

With more than 25 years of experience in financial services, I am passionate about educating and guiding people through the complexities of their financial lives. I believe that while individuals work tirelessly to provide for themselves and their families, they often don’t have the time, interest, or expertise to manage every aspect of their financial well-being. I consider it a privilege to serve as a trusted resource, helping clients move confidently through each stage of their financial journey.

Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with respected firms such as TIAA, USAA, Raymond James, and Bank of America. Today, I specialize in delivering comprehensive financial planning for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, including entrepreneurs and business owners. My areas of expertise include tax strategy, income planning, estate planning, and investment management—all with a focus on helping clients achieve clarity, security, and long-term success.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

  • As a husband and father of 3 kids, I enjoy traveling with my family. We like to create fun and enjoyable memories and create albums to look back on the experiences.
  • I’m also a fan of sports as all three of my kids play organized sports (volleyball, football and basketball). When I’m not traveling or watching sports, I’m in my backyard tending to my tropical fruit trees.
