I became a financial planner because I have always had a passion for finance and a deep desire to help people achieve their financial goals. A quarter century helping clients make great financial decisions. I am a graduate of the University of Central Florida and a 5th generation Floridian.
I became a financial advisor because I believe everyone deserves to feel empowered and in control of their money. As a Certified Financial Planner™, what really lights me up is helping my clients take control of their finances and reach their goals. I absolutely love sharing my knowledge and seeing the “aha” moments when things start to click for them. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness my clients feeling more confident and secure about their financial future. I’m all about providing that personalized support and guidance to make sure they’re on the right track.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I have over two decades of financial experience working with high net worth families in a collaborative environment to strategize, build, and implement financial plans to provide confidence and clarity that they will have a successful retirement. Along with my experience I also am a CFP and have worked with both large and boutique firms.
The main reason why I choose to be a financial advisor is my passion for helping people and interacting with them. A person’s financial decisions will significantly influence their family’s entire future, and I’d like to take the responsibility of helping them. Learning about people, their experiences, and their families is very fulfilling and then applying my expertise to help people exceed their goals is extremely rewarding.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I went to school at UW-Madison and transferred to UW-Eau Claire to play D3 football. I received my CFP in 2014 and BFRA in 2016. I’ve been an advisor for 12 years. At my prior firm, I was an advisor, model architect, head trader, and director of technology and trading.
I became a financial advisor as I love seeing planning lead to happiness and increased well-being in people’s lives. I love the markets, money, and the power of compound interest. I enjoy helping people face their fears, protect themselves against them, and fight back against them.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I have worked in the financial services industry for over 10 years. My experience includes working at small regional shops and large international firms. I have worked with clients across the spectrum of wealth on everything from everyday budgeting to planning for the sale of billion dollar companies. I use my diverse experience and background to help my clients find solutions and make decisions that are best for them and their families.
I became a financial advisor because I have always had a passion for investing and financial planning. I enjoy being able to help clients master their financial lives and achieve their goals.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I have been a CFP® for 12 years and obtained my Bachelor’s of Human Sciences in Financial Planning at Texas Tech University, which was, and still is, the top financial planning school in the nation. I have never sold a product for a financial commission. I was educated and have practiced with a focus on letting the financial plan dictate the action and solution.
I spent time working with larger institutions such as JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Complex Wealth Planning Advisor and more recently with TIAA as a Wealth Advisor partnering directly with clients employed by higher education institutions, government entities, and non-profit organizations. I also have significant experience working alongside independent firms where I focused on developing retirement income strategies and creative tax optimization plans for clients and their families as they look towards how best to secure a successful retirement transition.
Every single client and family is unique. That’s what makes me passionate about what I do. I am a problem solver. I have spent my entire professional career partnering with individuals, families, and business owners to design and navigate their unique path to financial independence. Truth be told, I am a total nerd. The details are where the value is found.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I bring over three decades of experience in the Financial Services sector, having held key roles in leading organizations. My career includes serving as the Manager of Sales Support for Prudential Advisors, as well as contributing three years at Ameriprise Financial Services. During my time at Ameriprise, I served as COO for one of the nation’s largest practices and led franchise recruitment and engagement efforts in the Mid-Atlantic region. I have also held significant positions such as Manager of Training & Development for Prudential Advisors, Head of Wealth Management for PenFed Wealth Management, and Senior VP & Wealth Management Sales Manager at HSBC Wealth Management for the Mid-Atlantic region.
Before entering the financial services industry, I embarked on a remarkable journey as a Nuclear Engineer in the U.S. Navy’s nuclear submarine program following my college graduation. My dedication and performance in the Navy earned me multiple accolades, including two Navy Achievement Medals and an Honorable Discharge.
I am also distinguished by my Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designations, which I proudly earned after completing a B.A. degree from Ottawa University in Ottawa, KS.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I have a BS in Economics from NC State University and hold the CFP designation.
I became a financial advisor right out of college, drawn to the analytical aspects of financial planning and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients. What I love most about my job is helping people understand and achieve their financial goals.

I received my undergraduate degree in financial planning from Temple university in Philadelphia, PA. Shortly after graduating, I took and passed the CFP exam because I’m passionate about education. I am new to Q3 but not new to the industry. I’m continuing my career here because I finally found a company that allows me to give unbiased advice and do holistic planning for my clients without any conflicts of interest. I have built practices at two fortune 100 companies: Northwestern Mutual and JPMorgan Chase & Co.
I grew up in inner city Baltimore, and there wasn’t a lot of resources for the questions I had about finances. I watched people around me struggle to get clarity on their own finances. I love being able to give comprehensive unbiased advice to clients at Q3.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I got into financial planning to help people make better decisions for their life and their families.
I started back when the earth was still cooling, and had absolutely no idea what was in store. Fortunately, I was able to avoid the big institutions through the pathway of always being independent. Through the years I’ve learned a lot, mostly from clients; some planned well and others did not. I decided to take the good principles from the first group and teach them to the others.

I have too many hobbies – but it keeps me young.
